7 Ways to Integrate Coconut Oil in your Daily Routine

Till yesterday Coconut Oil is entire boring to me… But today morning when I came across to it’s benefit, I couldn’t resist to share with you all. And I am damn sure, there must be some points you must be already aware. But in totality when I think that I can count on Coconut oil, instead of wasting my money over here and there… VOILA. So what I need next .. taddaaa!!

 

7 Alluring ways to use just one COCONUT OIL

-Use it as your body moisturizer or lotion for glow-yyyyyy, healthy skin. If you are eager to see the results don’t forget to apply on your elbows and knuckles.

-Replace your Lip-Balm with Coconut oil. It’s not me who’s talking… it’s just the results.

-Mix baking soda with coconut oil and scrub under your arms, baking soda gently exfoliates the skin removing any dark or rough patches making it softer and smoother and it will also act as your Natural Deodorant.

P.S 1 tsp of baking soda with a tsp of coconut oil; scrub for a few mins very gently; leave it on for 5 10 mins and wash off.

-Use Coconut Oil for your Clean and White Teeth’s. Just take few drops of Coconut oil, on your tooth brush… and say Good Morning to your teethes with this Ultimate recipe. Now it’s time to say ‘Cheeseeeeeeee‘….

Our last post, highlight the trick that how we can use some Home made trick for ‘Make-up set/finish Spray‘. And today I am interested to share with you again Smart Tricks and Tips for Post make-up ritual i.e Home-made make-up remover. And the best part of these trick’S are they work in two ways either as Make-up Remover or as skin Nourishing lotion.

⇒     COCONUT MAGIC

 

– Coconut Oil

– Vitamin E

– Any plastic container for storage purpose

– Mix Coconut Oil & Vitamin E as per below stated ratio.

 〈About 2 tablespoons vitamin E per 1 cup of coconut oil〉

– Mix well and you’re done! Keep the container in dry area for later use.

..WELLNESS OF COCONUT OIL AND VITAMIN-E..

You can use this for both either as Make-up remover or Body Lotion.

– Because Coconut oil is naturally antibacterial, anti fungal, moisturizing and, according to research, great for atopic dermatitis, many women swear by its use as a nighttime moisturizer for their face, too.

– Vitamin E is an antioxidant. It helps heal scars & reduces puffiness under your eyes.

..RIGHT WAY TO USE IT..

Try the double-cleansing method: Simply rub the oil in circular motions all over your face and neck, giving yourself a gentle massage as you go. When you’re done, wash off the residue with clean mild water. (If you’re adult-acne prone, avoid this technique unless you know your skin tolerates coconut oil.)

– Extra Virgin Olive Oil

– Glass Jar for storage purpose 〈100ml〉

– Add Filtered water in jar by 70 ml.

– Mix it with Extra Virgin Olive oil by 30 ml.

〈Ratio used Olive oil 1 : Filtered water 3〉

– Shake well and you’re done! Keep the bottle in the refrigerator for later use.

• Extra Virgin Olive oil contains the most Antioxidants, Vitamin and nutrients, that help the skin cells to revitalize and heal.
• It also use, around eye area to reduce the sign of wrinkles.
• It  also prevents free radicals to damage cells and it protects the skin from Ultraviolet Light (UV).

OLIVE TOUCH’E is a Hydrating make-up remover.

– Pressed olive oil in your hands or just dab on cotton swab & apply it in a circular motion to your face. Because circular motion activates skin cells as well as open the skin pores. Olive oil has tendency to dissolve many impurities of your skin so take your time and really massage the olive oil into your skin.

– And now use the hot wet cloth to wash off the excessive olive oil from your face.

Pre and post : Make-up ritual [PART -1]

Girls who love make-up, who lives with make-up, can totally understand that how much it necessary to take care of make-up when you are travelling in trains/auto’s/buses, probably while giving some presentation, even when you trying hard to look fab for your first date or for many more occasions…. But for me, I always love dewy natural look which helps me to live the day in fullest rather than rushing every next hour to your next wash rooms. Because I personally believe either Cake-yyyy or Powder-yyyy finish make-up trick makes you look fresh or glow-yyyy for very first hour and later you started looking like some granny running some marathon on busy roads.

And here and there are lot many options on Cosmetic outlets like  MAC Fix+ which is loved by many.  But today, I am going to share a homemade spray which will illuminate your face and keep your skin healthy.

 – Glycerin

– Rose Water

– Any nozzle spray bottle for storage purpose

– Fill half rose water in a small bottle (30ml).

– Mix two drops of Glycerin (Three – if you have very dry skin).

– Shake well and you’re done! Keep the bottle in the refrigerator for later use.

..WELLNESS OF ROSE WATER AND GLYCERIN..

It say’s glycerin attracts moisture. It absorbs water from air and locks it in your skin. While rose water hydrates the skin, glycerin holds the moisture in place so the concoction is a good one believe me.

..RIGHT WAY TO USE IT..

Spritz all over your face before or after makeup. I like to mist after my makeup and let it dry. Not only does it take care of the powdery/cake-yyyyy face but also melts makeup into my skin giving me a natural-looking and slightly dewy effect. Love it!
